OSBORN cup brushes are fitted on power or air tools for efficient finishing in applications including rust removal, slag removal, paint peeling, descaling, and post-welding finishing. Each brush is filled with crimped (twisted) wires resistant to scattering during brushing and hence is safe for the user. Selectable per application from the following two types: one consisting of general-purpose high carbon steel wire featuring high rigidity and high tensile strength; and the other consisting of high-purity stainless steel wire resistant to permanent setting and rusting. Each brush is 65 mm in outer diameter, and its shank fits through an M10 × 1.5 arbor hole of the disc grinder.
Cup brushes are also available in value-priced 30-piece sets for heavy users of cup brushes.
