OSBORN wheel brushes are usable for a broad range of applications including deburring, rust removal, paint removal, film removal, descaling and surface treatment. A multiple number of brushes can be connected to each other via an adapter to enable efficient brushing on wide workpieces. These brushes are available in various diameters from 75 to 380 mm and from a broad selection of wires including steel wire, stainless steel wire, TY wire and Korfil-E (nylon filaments containing abrasive particles). Steel wire brushes are filled with high quality wire featuring high tensile strength. Stainless steel wire brushes are filled with OSBORN's proprietary wire and recommended for use on products whose surfaces should be kept carbon-free. TY wire brushes are filled with crimped (curled) wire, using elastic compound. Korfil-E brushes are filled with nylon filaments containing silicon carbide abrasive particles, feature low water absorption and can be used for both wet and dry grinding simultaneously.
