The world's first insert center drill.
Specially ground inserts and a high-rigidity tool holder enable high-speed rotation and high feed speed.
Each insert is clamped with two pins and screws. The positioning repeatability is 0.02 mm or less in the radial direction.
The insert positioning tolerance is 0.05 mm or less in the axial direction. The tool protrusion does not have to be adjusted during insert corner change.
Coolant delivery through the tool holder extends tool life and improves machining conditions.
Tool holders are made of high-alloy steel. The shank tolerance is h6. Whether locked or turning, user-friendly thanks to the side lock.
