The world's first insert engraving cutter. Ultrafine particle carbide inserts coated with the latest coatings enable high-efficiency, high-speed machining and help to reduce the cycle time.
The high-positive rake inserts cut well and are usable for engraving various workpieces made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, plastics, etc.
High-precision ground all around, inserts are guaranteed for repeatability. Structured to produce fewer burrs and particularly suitable for engraving in aluminum and stainless steel surfaces.
Capable of engraving at a rotation speed of 20,000 min-1 (*when held on carbide tool holder). The feed speed during engraving is 0.08 mm/rev for aluminum and 0.05 mm/rev for stainless steel.

Four-Edge Insert Engraving Cutter.
This cutter has a smaller minimum engraving width than the high-speed type and hence is particularly suitable for operations involving very fine engraving.
This general-purpose engraving cutter conveniently attaches to a tool holder for NC Spot Drill 90°, max. machining dia. 10 mm.
