With patented center pilot insert, Not only chips are devided certainly but also reducing clogging between inserts, Super Power Drill achieve superior chip-evacuating steady deep hole drilling. Periphery inserts have 4 cutting edges and very economical because 1 holder require 1 type insert.

Center Pilot Insert (Patented)
- Functioning as Pilot drill and also cutting around the center, this reduce chips clogging between center pilot drill and periphery insert.
- Chips are divided into 3 and make chip-evacuation better, able to achieve steady deep hole drilling.
- High precision fully ground and edge horning increase tool life and surface finish.
- Patented insert pocket absorbs the cutting forces against center pilot insert and designed to make inserts maximum working.
- Internal coolant is required.
Periphery Insert
- Each insert has 4 cutting edges and economical design
- Ideal design for chips dividing and achieve tool life longer
- 1 holder require 1type periphery inset and minimizing the stock volume of the inserts
