N9GX04 inserts are available with various machining diameters from the smallest 7 mm in the series.
Special dual relief angle inserts are ground all around and coated with the latest coatings. The multiple blade design enables high feed speed.
Two different types of inserts are available. TiAIN-coated inserts are most suitable for milling carbon steels, heat-treated steels, castings, and high-hardness steels, while sharp-edged inserts prevent the adhesion of fused chips and are most suitable for milling low carbon steels, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and other non-ferrous metal materials.
